What happens at the end of my trial?During your trial you can build your website and your registration page. There is no limit on the length of time your trial takes. When you are ready to end your trial and start taking online registrations you can make your account live at the click of a button. If you decide not to take bookings you can leave your account in trial status. What do I do when I want to start taking registrations?When you want to take bookings you simply make your account live. At this stage you will be asked for your credit or debit card details, your address and vat number (if applicable). This information will be used to raise your vat invoices for delegates and make payments to Event Management 360 for your usage. How will you bill me?
If you select the ‘pay as you go’ option, you will be sent an invoice via email at the end of each month. Payment of the invoice will be automatically taken from the card that you use to make your account live. Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely! If you start with the ‘pay as you go’ option, then realise that it would be more beneficial to purchase bulk registrations, you can buy them at any time. What do I do if I need help during my trial?During your trial we treat you the same as any other of our customers. If you need help at any time you can access our help manual on line or call our support services team during office hours. Buying registration bundles in advanceIf you choose to purchase registration bundles in advance you can reduce the cost of your online registration to as little as £1 plus vat per delegate*. Credits within your registration bundles are deducted from your account per completed registration. Credits don’t ever expire so if you know approximately how many registrations you will need over a set amount of time you can save time and money by purchasing them in advance. Our Prices
