With event management 360, there are no set up fees of hidden charges. You can build your website and familiarize yourself with the system free of charge, then when you are ready to take registrations all you need to publish your event to make your website go live.

Option 1: Pay per delegate
Ideal for: One off events for less than 200 people.
Cost: Set up your website for free and pay £3 plus vat for every person who registers. All you need is a pay pal account to enable people to pay you, and a debit or credit card to enable you to pay us monthly, for all delegates registered in that month.
Option 2: Pay monthly
Ideal for: Large events for more than 200 people or for multiple events
Cost: Set up your website for free and pay a monthly fee, depending on how many registrations you have in the system at any one time. Please see the table below to work out how many registrations you expect to have on the system at any one time. Don’t forget, once your event is complete, you can export all of the data and remove them from Event Management 360 so that you don’t need to keep paying for every registration you take.
